On 17/1/2019, Rehabilitation and Community Integration Unit at Life Foundation – El-Sharqia branch continued activities of program of adaptive skills that qualifying for labor market; where it held the second workshop on self- esteem which aims to help participants to accept, and develop themselves, and help them to improve their self- image and what they think that others know about them.

The key results of this workshop:

• Participants interact with each other positively.
• Good understanding of self-acceptance and others, when could person be negative and aggressive and what is the body language that expresses those cases.
• Correct cognitive distortions that lead to destroy social relations of them.
