Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration gets public benefit

Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration has been granted the status of public benefit based on the decision of the Minister of Social Solidarity No. 300 issued on 23 May 2017 which states

First article

The public benefit status shall be specified to

Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration – Abu Hammad Center – Controlled by the Department of Social Solidarity Directorate in Sharkia under No. 3312 of 2015

Second article

This institution will apply the privileges of public benefit as follows

 None of their funds may be seized

It is not permissible to acquire such funds by prescription

The possibility of expropriation to the public benefit in its favour for the purposes of which it is based

Third article

All the proficient authorities shall implement this decision and publish it in the Egyptian facts, the Foundation shall bear the publishing costs and shall be effective from the day following the date of its publication

Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration will benefit from the public benefit status because it will enable providing all available assistance to the target groups of the foundation’s activities. The foundation will also seek to establish a shelter for the released women, a category that the foundation has sought to include in the categories that require care
