Life Foundation participates in the celebration of Mawlid al-Nabi al-Sharif with Ex-Prisoners and their families in Luxor at the invitation of General Directorate of Post-care in the Interior Ministry

Within the framework of the initiative of interior ministry (All for One) aiming to provide aids for prisoners’ families in celebration of Mawlid al-Nabi al-Sharif in Luxor.

The participation of Life Foundation with General Directorate of Post-care is an aspect of the cooperation protocol that was signed between Life Foundation and Post-care Police Department

A group of leaders of the interior ministry including Major-General Assistant Minister of the Interior for the southern region, Major-General Director of the Department of Post-Care, and Security Director of Luxor, in addition, a group of Civil Based-Organizations including Alorman Association, Misr ElKheir Foundation, AlBaqyat AlSalehat Association, Female Prisoners’ children Association, and some representatives of Al-Azhar and Church attended the ceremony.

The ceremony was begun by reciting some Ayat of the Holy Quran and the Prophet’s sayings, then the Director of the Department of Post-Care made a speech on the role of Civil Based Organizations in the success of the ceremony. At the closing of the ceremony, the aids were provided to prisoners’ families and ex-prisoners. Life Foundation contributed a number of sewing machines to support female ex-prisoners and household appliances for prisoners’ families.
