Life Foundation participates in Alexandria short films festival by launch (step of hope) award/ challenge of change

In the framework and role of life foundation for development and community integration, and to work to develop role and mechanisms of foundation, care of art and cultural works in order to highlight the activities of marginalize categories, increase their community role on support and develop Arts to raising art and cultural awareness, to find works in accordance with its target to discuss the same topics in the same field action of life foundation, and discuss the ways of care prisoners and release persons and how to provide prisoners and releases with social support and their crisis and humanitarian situations through Drama and artistic vision in an influential way affect emotions and feelings of spectator.

Based on that, we found a similarity and compatibility between the objectives and interests of Art circle association in Alexandria registration No. 3845 of the year 2016 and the objectives and interests of Life foundation, the next note provides a model for cooperation to participate in Alexandria short films festival in its fourth session which held in Alexandria- elshatby- Biram eltounsy theatre, During the period from 18/4/2018 to 24/4/2018.

Life foundation has a desire to participate, support and sponsor the festival through giving a step of hope award/ challenge of change to the best film (documentary- feature- animation- trial) according to the criterions established by life foundation to support marginalize categories and rehabilitation and integration.

A collaboration protocol was concluded between Art circle association in Alexandria and LFDCI at the headquarter of life foundation in the presence of the representatives of LFDCI;  Nermeen ElBahtyty – CEO of Life foundation and Tamer Elrawy the legal consultant of life foundation Alexandria branch, and the representative of Art circle association; Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud – the President of the Governing Council of Art circle association and the president of Alexandria short films festival jury.
