Rehabilitation and Community Integration Unit at Life Foundation – Alexandria branch held a workshop on how to manage stress as a part of program of adaptive skills that qualifying for labour market by using activities and techniques aiming at increase motivation, knowing what is the stress, how to manage it and how to deal with stress they face whether through internal or external factories. The sessions were conducted by Rehabilitation and Community Integration Unit team in Alexandria branch.
