Rehabilitation and Community Integration Unit at Life Foundation – El-Sharqia branch held a workshop that is a part of program of adaptive skills that qualifying for labor included an introductory session contained (cognitive games –rule-making for training – making expectations, knowing fears and making suggestions).
Those activities aimed at: encourage participants to identify the reasons hindering person’s personal and professional progress.
The key results of this workshop:
- Each Participant introduced herself to break the ice between them for facilitating Interaction to help them express themselves freely in an entertaining and relaxing atmosphere to know their fears, expectations, and suggestions.
- Participants were able to express themselves and their pressure.
- Participants were able to know reasons hindering their progress.
- Participants were able to understand themselves and their ideas.
