(Program of adaptive skills that qualifying for labor market) Second Day – Sixth group (women) – El-Sharqia Branch

 

Rehabilitation and Community Integration Unit at Life Foundation – El-Sharqia branch continued activities of program of adaptive skills that qualifying for labor market; where it held a workshop on cognitive perceptions and positive thinking.

The activities were aimed at:

  • Train participants to identify the supportive and disruptive factors of their personal and professional life.
  • Differentiate between the concepts of description and interpretation.
  • Introduce an overview on thoughts of misinterpretation and its impact.

The key results of this workshop:

There are some of learned lessons from this day, feeling joy, enjoy with activities, changing some of false concepts and cognitive perceptions, and thinking positively.
