6.                  Description of the contract

The subject of this tender is the implementation of 5 Lots of training:

Lot 1: Project Management Training for 100 person.
Lot 2: Personal and managerial skills  Training for 100 person , Includes:

A – Life skills training for 100 person.
B. Capacity building training for civil society organizations for a number of NGOs.
C – Training and preparation of feasibility studies for  small projects (preparation and sale of beverages and food, maintenance of cars, veterinary services, maintenance of household appliances, , Poultry farming, feed processing, maintenance of mobile phones, party services, cleaning and disinfection services, Leather and handicrafts industry …) for 100 person.
Lot 3: Vocational training for 100 person in the professions (preparation and sale of beverages and food, maintenance of cars, veterinary services, maintenance of household appliances, , Poultry farming, feed processing, maintenance of mobile phones, party services, cleaning and disinfection services, Leather and handicrafts industry …).

To implement the project “Empowerment of former prisoners through mobile commercial transport vehicles”, in support of Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration, in support of community initiatives aimed at empowering women economically and socially “, in the context of promoting employment and economic empowerment of women is a key component of Elements of this work The implementation of the work depends on building the administrative capacity of the targeted women, assisting them in preparing economic feasibility studies for innovative projects and adopting them, acquiring life skills necessary for project management, To select and build the capacity of CBOs to increase their opportunities to participate in income-generating legal activities to work on economic empowerment through mobile commercial transport vehicles

This is carried out in the governorates of Sharqia, Alexandria, Beheira, Qaliubia, and Dakahlia.

7.                  وصف العقود

موضوع هذه المناقصة هو تنفيذ 3 مجموعات تدريب:

مجموعة 1: تدريبات إدارة مشروعات لعدد 100 شخص.

مجموعة 2: تدريبات تعزيز المهارات الشخصية والإدارية لعدد 100 شخص , وتشمل:

أ – تدريبات مهارات حياتية لعدد 100 شخص.

ب – تدريبات بناء قدرات مؤسسات المجتمع المدني لعدد  مؤسسات أهلية.

ج – تدريب اعداد وتنفيذ دراسات جدوى المشروعات الاقتصادية – مشروعات صغيرة (اعداد وبيع المشروبات والمأكولات، صيانة السيارات، الخدمات البيطرية، صيانة الأجهزة المنزلية، تربية دواجن تصنيع الاعلاف ، صيانة موبايلات، خدمات تنظيم الحفلات، خدمات النظافة والتطهير, وصناعة جلود و الحرف اليدوية ….) لعدد 100 شخص.

مجموعة 3:  تدريب مهني لعدد 100 شخص على مهن (اعداد وبيع المشروبات والمأكولات، صيانة السيارات، الخدمات البيطرية، صيانة الأجهزة المنزلية، ، تربية دواجن تصنيع الاعلاف ، صيانة موبايلات ، خدمات تنظيم الحفلات، خدمات النظافة والتطهير , وصناعة جلود و الحرف اليدوية….).

 وذلك وفق الشروط الواردة بكراسة الشروط، لتنفيذ مشروع “التمكين الاقتصادي للسجينات السابقات عن طريق مركبات النقل التجارية المتنقلة”، لصالح مؤسسة حياه للتنمية والدمج المجتمعي، لدعم المبادرات المجتمعية الرامية إلى تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً”، في إطار تشجيع التوظيف والتمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة عنصراً رئيسياً من عناصر هذا العمل. يعتمد تنفيذ العمل على بناء القدرات الإدارية للنساء المستهدفات، ومعاونتهم على اعداد دراسات جدوى اقتصادية لمشروعات ابتكارية واعتمادها , واكتساب المهارات الحياتية اللازمة لادارة المشروعات , والدريب المهني على المهن المختارة , وبناء قدرات الجمعيات الشريكة ، لزيادة فرصهن للمشاركة في الأنشطة القانونية المدرة للدخل. للعمل على التمكين الاقتصادي عن طريق مركبات النقل التجارية المتنقلة

ويتم تنفيذ ذلك في محافظات الشرقية – الإسكندرية – البحيرة – القليوبية –الدقهلية.
