Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration honored the attendants of the workshop:

“Establishing referral system for health services and social protection”

Which was held at the hotel and the resort of Dom Marina in Ain Sukhna on 24th to 26th November.

Which was attended by Mrs. Lafif from the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Al Sharqia, The National Council for Motherhood and Childhood, the National Council for Women, as well as associations concerned with women’s affairs, in addition t the addiction treatment fund, Al Shehab Foundation, AIDS specialists and the representative of the Eagles Volunteer Team that is concerned with supporting and providing treatment for people living with HIV.

During the workshop, it was decided to lay the foundations of establishing the strategy of the women’s shelter and its operational manual with the support of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and through the Start-Life Project.

It should be noted that the workshop was organized within the framework of Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration project’s (Towards rehabilitation and community integration for prisoners back into society with the concentration on female prisoners) sponsored by Drosos Foundation.
