The rehabilitation and integration unit in Life Foundation for Development and Community Integration carried out a treatment trip for the project cases of the foundation in Al Sharkia Governorate as part of its rehabilitation program “Rehabilitation and Community Integration of Prisoners with a focus on women prisoners” funded by Drosos Foundation.

The journey was not just a recreational journey, but it has been therapeutic, such as medicine and work, and it aims to restore the ability of communication with others and to participate collectively in a purposeful act as well as physical stimulation and to test the improvement of cases through follow-up from the team.

The trip was greeted with remarkable appreciation by the cases and it changed their mood by playing in the water with a ball in the form of groups and teams then their children participated in the games of the club, later at the end of the day the cases made groups to discuss the day and their expectations before and after the day as well as their feelings towards each other and towards the team . The trip resulted in the consolidation of relations between cases and between the foundation and was marked as an improvement

The trip was at the Suez Canal Authority Club in Ismailia

It is worth noting that these activities are part of the (Start_Life) project, funded by Drosos Foundation, which was founded in late 2003 as a private non-profit organization in support of community development, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
