8 Steps for a prisoner to leave their penitentiary on conditional release

It’s within the prisoner’s right to ask for conditional release on behalf of the prisoner, with the exception that he has completed 8 conditions, which are:

  1. To be conclusively sentenced a freedom binding punishment
  2. Spend three quarters of the duration of the sentence
  3. That their behavior indicates the belief and desire of straightening themselves
  4. That their release won’t be a danger to public security
  5. The time spent in prison can’t be less than 9 months… and must be placed under conditional surveillance the remaining duration of the sentence
  6. If the sentence was life imprisonment, then the prisoner can’t be released unless they spend at least 20 years in prison with the placement under conditional surveillance for 5 years
  7. Abide to financial obligations that were imposed on the convict in the criminal court because of their crime, that is in the case these financial obligations are not impossible to fulfill ( if they can’t fulfill it then an investigation take place to study the financial shortage and is certified by a specialized agency )
  8. If there are a number of verdicts for an individual convict for a number of crimes before entering prison, then the release is based on the sum of the durations of those verdicts.
